Volkswagen has launched its all new 2011 Jetta models in India. The new Jetta lineup starts from Rs.14.12 lakh. The Jetta has been in India since a long time and waiting for a new heart. The new Jetta seems much like the VW Vento which is doing quite well in Indian market.

The new 2011 Jetta is powered by 2.0 TDI engine which churns out 140bhp power, the same mill is used in Skoda Laura. The car is available in four variant, Base Trendline, Mid-spec Comfortline which comes with six-speed manual transmission, and the top end Highline which is available in both six-speed manual and a DSG automatic gearbox.

The new Jetta looks more stylish than its predecessor; it now comes with new large tail lamps and L-shaped stop light. It is now more spacious , as it is longer and wider than before. The 2011 Jetta will give tough competition to Corolla Altis, Skoda Laura and Chevy Cruze.
