Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd has launched the new Innova and Fortuner at the Auto Expo 2012. Along with these launches, the company also showcased the new Land Cruiser 200 and previewed its upcoming 2012 Camry.

The new Innova comes with new redesigned headlamp, fog lamps, front grille and minor changes to the exterior and side profile. The interior has also been tweaked in order to offer more comfort and luxury. If further gets touchscreen music player with DVD, USB, Bluetooth and steering mounted controls. However no change has been made to the power mill, it will be powered by the same engine. The new Innova is priced between Rs 9,40,200 and Rs 13,19,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new Fortuner will be made available in various option which includes 2WD with 5-speed manual transmission, 2WD 4-speed Automatic transmission and 4WD manual version. The changes in the new Fortuner is limited to new trapezoidal grille, Automatic HID headlamps, 2DIN 6-inch touchscreen music system with DVD, AUX and Bluetooth capability. The Fortuner 2WD manual version is priced at Rs.19,99,000, 2WD Automatic version is priced at Rs.20,69,000 and the 4WD Manual version is priced at Rs.20,99,000.

Toyota motors have introduced a new edition of its most popular MUV Innova, the new Innova Crysta Limited edition. The new limited edition model is meant to provide more luxury features and provide buyers a premium class vehicle.

The new Innova Crysta comes in Super White Body color, and is powered by the same 2.5-liter Diesel engine and is available in both Euro III and Euro IV compliant. The limited edition model comes with new Smoked Alloy wheels, Body graphics, Dual tone leather seat cover, Rear roof spoilers, Dark wood panel, Muffler cutter and new floor mats.

The The new Innova Crysta is priced at Rs.13,12,570 (Ex-showroom Delhi), 50,000 more than the existing V variant. With this launch Toyota is planning to take on 4×2 Aria.

As we reported earlier, Toyota has plans to launch the Liva hatch in India during this month end. At what price?

Toyota Liva will change the people’s mindsets that are planning to buy a hatch. The company has plans to launch this model around Rs 4.1-lakhs for the base variant and reach 5.5-lakhs for the top end variant.

Toyota Liva will be available in both Petrol and Diesel variants and the former will be launched first and followed by later in the coming months.

Toyota Liva will compete against Fiat Grande Punto, Volkswagen Polo, Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai i20, Skoda Fabia.
